.Synopsis...A high nearly 1000 nm NE of the islands will drift
northeastward over the next couple of days, leading to a decline
in trade winds. A surface trough is expected develop over far N
waters Wednesday and linger into Saturday.

.REST OF TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...East winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 5
to 8 feet. Wave Detail: East 6 feet at 7 seconds and northwest 3
feet at 13 seconds. Scattered showers becoming isolated during
the day.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet.
