REMARKS: 2010 WAS THE 5TH DRIEST ON RECORD WITH ONLY 36.67 INCHES OF
PRECIPITATION RECORDED.

LAST WINTER...DECEMBER 2009 THROUGH FEBRUARY 2010 TIED AS 6TH
COLDEST WINTER SEASON ON RECORD.FEBRUARY 2010 TIED AS THE 8TH
COLDEST FEBRUARY ON RECORD AND IT WAS THE 10TH DRIEST FEBRUARY ON
RECORD. A DAILY SNOWFALL RECORD WAS SET ON JANUARY 29 WITH 3.2
INCHES OF SNOWFALL RECORDED. A DAILY PRECIPITATION RECORD WAS SET ON
DECEMBER 24 WITH 1.62 INCHES RECORDED. ON MARCH 21ST SET A DAILY
RAINFALL RECORD WITH 1.77 INCHES AND ANOTHER DAILY RECORD WAS SET ON
MAY 1ST WITH 3.96 INCHES. THE AVERAGE SUMMER TEMPERATURE WAS 81.0
DEGREES WHICH IS TIED AS THE WARMEST SUMMER ON RECORD FOR THE CITY.
THIS IS ALSO THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SUMMERS OF 1954 AND
1952. THERE WERE 37 CONSECUTIVE DAYS WHEN THE DAILY HIGH TEMPERATURE
WAS GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO 90 DEGREES...THIS IS THE 2ND LONGEST
STREAK. THE LONGEST STREAK OF TEMPERATURES OF GREATER THAN OR EQUAL
TO 100 DEGREES WAS TIED THIS SUMMER WITH 5. THIS EVENT ALSO OCCURRED
IN 1988, 1966 AND 1954. DURING SEPTEMBER RECORDS WERE TIED FOR
MAXIMUM MIN TEMPERATURES ON THE 22ND AND 23RD WITH 70 AND 73 DEGREES
RESPECTIVELY. RECORD DAILY RAINFALL SET ON THE 10TH WITH 3.15 INCHES.
OCTOBER 2010 WAS THE 4TH DRIEST OCTOBER ON RECORD WITH ONLY 0.77
INCHES OF RAINFALL. RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE TIED ON THE 11TH WITH 89
DEGREES. FOR NOVEMBER...RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE TIED ON THE 12TH
WITH 78 DEGREES. NEW RECORD MAXIMUM MIN TEMPERATURE ON THE 22ND WITH
63 DEGREES. AND IN DECEMBER...A NEW RECORD LOW WAS SET ON THE 14TH
WITH 4 DEGREES AND A NEW MINIMUM HIGH TEMPERATURE SET ON THE 27TH
WITH 27 DEGREES. DECEMBER 2010 WAS THE 7TH COLDEST ON RECORD WITH AN
AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 32.0 DEGREES.
