...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM CDT THIS
EVENING FOR GALLATIN AND SALINE COUNTIES...

At 534 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding blocking
the route to the hospital in Eldorado and numerous streets flooded
in Harrisburg and Eldorado. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Harrisburg, Eldorado, Shawneetown, Galatia, Ridgway, Equality,
  Carrier Mills, New Haven, Raleigh, Stonefort, Omaha, Old
  Shawneetown, Junction and Muddy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
