...The flood warning is cancelled for the following river in
Missouri...

  St. Francis River near Patterson affecting Wayne County

.The river crested near flood stage and has begun to fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...

Never drive cars...trucks or sport utility vehicles through flooded
areas. The water may be too deep to allow safe passage. Never allow
children to play in or near flood waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather
Radio or your local media for further statements and possible updated
forecasts.

* At  6:00 AM Friday the stage was 14.9 feet.
* Flood Stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested below flood stage at 15.9 feet.  The
  river will fall to 8.9 feet by .
* Impact...At 16.0 Feet...Minor flooding occurs affecting mainly
  bottomland and surrounding low lying areas.
