FLOOD STATEMENT

...The flood warning continues for the Patoka River affecting
   areas in southwest Indiana...

   Near Princeton affecting Gibson County.

.Water levels continue to slowly recede along the Patoka River with
minor flood conditions forecast to come to an end midday Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...

Never drive cars...trucks or sport utility vehicles through flooded
areas. The water may be too deep to allow safe passage. Never allow
children to play in or near flood waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather
Radio or your local media for further statements and possible updated
forecasts.

The Flood Warning continues for the Patoka River near Princeton
* until Thursday afternoon.
* At 8 PM Tuesday the stage was 18.9 feet.
* Flood Stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will fall to below flood stage Thursday.
