...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...Indiana...

  Wabash River at New Harmony.

.Recent heavy rains caused minor flooding on the Wabash River at New
Harmony. The river is cresting today, and is forecast to fall below
flood stage by Wednesday evening.

For the Wabash River...including New Harmony...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at New Harmony.

* WHEN...Until late Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The river overflows low ground on the
  Illinois side.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to crest around 16.7 feet
    today. It will then fall below flood stage by Wednesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
