...The flood warning continues for the Black River affecting areas
   in southeast Missouri...

   At Poplar Bluff affecting Butler County

.Water levels along the Black River in Poplar Bluff, MO continue to
slowly recede, with minor flood conditions forecast to end during
the overnight hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...

Never drive cars...trucks or sport utility vehicles through flooded
areas. The water may be too deep to allow safe passage. Never allow
children to play in or near flood waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather
Radio or your local media for further statements and possible updated
forecasts.

The Flood Warning continues for the Black River at Poplar Bluff.
* until Thursday morning.
* At 7 PM Wednesday the stage was 16.8 feet.
* Flood Stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will fall to below flood stage overnight.
* Impact...At 17.0 Feet...Farmland south of Poplar Bluff floods.
