THE HEAVY RAIN ENDED ACROSS THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM ADVISORY AREA
AT APPROXIMATELY 752 PM CDT. VERY LIGHT RAIN CONTINUED TO PERSIST
OVER THE ADVISORY AREA AS OF 900 PM CDT.

AT 730 PM...THE STATE POLICE POST IN MAYFIELD RECIEVED A REPORT OF
WATER ON INTERSTATE 24 NEAR THE MILE MARKER 54...WITH AN ACCIDENT
REPORTED IN THE AREA.

AT 810 PM CDT...PRINCETON KENTUCKY POLICE RECEIVED A REPORT OF A
ROAD COLLAPSE DUE TO HEAVY RAIN AT BLACKHAWK ROAD NEAR THE
INTERSECTION OF CALDWELL...LYON AND TRIGG COUNTIES. THE KENTUCKY
TRANSPORTATION CABINET WAS DISPATCHED TO THAT LOCATION.

AT 903 PM CDT...TRIGG COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ALSO REPORTED ROAD
ISSUES DUE TO FLOODING NEAR BLACKHAWK ROAD AND ROUTE 139.

PERSONS LIVING IN THE VICINITY OF BLACKHAWK ROAD NEAR THE
INTERSECTION OF LYON...CALDWELL AND TRIGG ARE URGED HEED ANY POSTED
ROAD CLOSURE SIGNS AND SEEK ALTERNATE ROUTES TO YOUR DESTINATION.

WITH THE HEAVY RAIN OUT OF THE AREA...ANY FURTHER FLOODING DUE TO
THE HEAVY RAIN IS NO LONGER EXPECTED TO POSE A THREAT.
