THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 100 TO 105 TODAY OVER MUCH OF
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND ADJACENT PORTIONS OF WEST KENTUCKY.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ON MANY AREA RIVERS. PLEASE REFER TO THE
LATEST RIVER FLOOD WARNINGS AND STATEMENTS FOR DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 100 TO 105 OVER THE ENTIRE
REGION THURSDAY.

THE CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE FROM THE NORTH LATE
THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT...AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE
AREA. STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE MAINLY OVER THE
NORTHERN HALF OF THE REGION. DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL WILL BE
THE PRIMARY CONCERNS.

WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST FRIDAY AND FRIDAY
NIGHT...AS AN UPPER-LEVEL STORM SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH THE REGION.
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE THE PRIMARY CONCERN AND MAY LEAD TO SOME
FLOODING ISSUES.

SMALL CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST FOR MUCH OF THE REGION
MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING WILL BE
THE PRIMARY CONCERNS.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ON MANY AREA RIVERS. PLEASE REFER TO THE
