THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE PRESENT THIS AFTERNOON.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE PRIMARY CONCERNS.

MANY LOCATIONS WILL SEE HEAT INDEX READINGS OF 100 TO 105 INTO THE
EARLY EVENING HOURS.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME QUITE WIDESPREAD TONIGHT.
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE MORE WIDESPREAD...ESPECIALLY OVER WEST
KENTUCKY. SOME FLOODING ISSUES MAY DEVELOP IN LOCATIONS THAT
EXPERIENCE HEAVY RAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND AGAIN TONIGHT.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH LATE
TOMORROW NIGHT FOR THE SOUTHERN PENNYRILE REGION OF WEST KENTUCKY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE EAST OUT OF THE
REGION THROUGH THE DAY THURSDAY. HEAVY RAINFALL AND SOME FLOODING
ISSUES WILL BE POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY OVER WEST KENTUCKY.

CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST EACH DAY THROUGH THE PERIOD.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE PRIMARY CONCERNS.
