...6th Wettest Summer on Record at Paducah...

With Meteorological summer coming to a close tonight, it is one for
the record books here in Paducah. Since June 1st, 16.58 inches of rain
have fallen at Barkley Regional Airport in West Paducah, KY. This
ranks as the 6th wettest summer on record. The summer season is
defined as June 1st through August 31st. The average amount of rain
for a summer season is 11.26 inches. Here are the Top 10 wettest
