WEATHER SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
411 AM CDT Mon Jul 21 2014

At early morning skies were clear across the Heartland. Temperatures
ranged from the upper 50s north to the mid 60s south. Winds were
either calm or light out of the northeast.

A ridge of high pressure building eastward out of the plains will
result in dry conditions along with a gradual increase in heat and
humidity through mid week. A cold front is forecast to cross the
region Wednesday into Thursday. The passage of this front will
bring chances of showers and thunderstorms followed by yet another
spell of milder and drier conditions. High pressure in the wake of
the front should keep the area dry Thursday night and Friday, then
precipitation chances return to the area starting Friday night
with the approach of the next weather system.
