Patchy morning fog occurred in several communities early Tuesday
morning, with low temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. By early
afternoon, skies had become partly cloudy with temperatures in the
middle 80s to 90 degrees.

High pressure will be the main influence for much of the week,
leading seasonal temperatures or just above the normals for the
first week of September. With ground conditions continuing to dry
out, some locations could reach into the middle 90s by Friday.
