SKIES WERE OVERCAST TODAY ACROSS THE QUAD STATE REGION. TEMPERATURES
REACHED HIGHS RANGING FROM THE LOW TO MID 60S. WINDS WERE EASTERLY
AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO OVERSPREAD THE QUAD STATE REGION AND
REMAIN THROUGH MONDAY. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP IN THE
CENTRAL PLAINS AND MOVE TOWARD THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON TUESDAY.
THIS WEATHER SYSTEM WILL BRING A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. A FEW OF THE
STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG AT TIMES ON WEDNESDAY. THE UPPER LEVEL
TROUGH THAT CONTAINS THE WEATHER SYSTEM WILL LINGER ACROSS THE AREA
TO AT LEAST FRIDAY, BRINGING ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR RAIN THURSDAY
AND FRIDAY.

DRY WEATHER SHOULD ONCE AGAIN RETURN NEXT WEEKEND.
