MOISTURE TRAPPED BENEATH THE NOCTURNAL INVERSION HAS PRODUCED
PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER PARTS OF SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS AND THE SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI COUNTIES BORDERING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. BE PREPARED FOR
RAPID REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY DOWN TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS. THE FOG SHOULD BURN OFF BETWEEN 8 AND 9 AM.
