...GUSTY SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THIS
AFTERNOON...

GUSTY SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH AHEAD OF AN
ADVANCING COLD FRONT WILL BE COMMON OVER MUCH OF THE QUAD STATE
REGION THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL CAUSE VERY ROUGH CONDITIONS ON
AREA LAKES AND RIVERS. OPERATORS OF SMALL WATERCRAFT SHOULD
EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. IN ADDITION...DRIVERS OF HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES SHOULD ALSO EXERCISE CAUTION...ESPECIALLY THOSE TRAVELING
ON EAST/WEST ORIENTED ROADWAYS. THE WIND GUSTS SHOULD SUBSIDE
LATER IN THE DAY AS THE SUN LOWERS.
