At 429 AM CDT/529 AM EDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles west of Petersburg
to 6 miles southeast of Mount Vernon. Movement was east at 55 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Evansville, Owensboro, Henderson, Princeton, Boonville, Newburgh,
Chandler, Fort Branch, Oakland City, Petersburg, Rockport, Melody
Hill, Santa Claus, Dale, Haubstadt, Darmstadt, Lynnville, Winslow,
Grandview and Whitesville.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 900 AM CDT/1000
AM EDT/ for southwestern Indiana...and northwestern Kentucky.
