...PATCHY DENSE FOG AGAIN THIS MORNING...

THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT WINDS AND MOIST SOIL HAS PRODUCED PATCHY
DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING OVER PARTS OF SOUTHEAST
ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...AND NORTHWEST KENTUCKY. PATCHY
DENSE FOG WAS OCCURRING MAINLY NORTH AND EAST OF A LINE FROM MOUNT
VERNON IL TO GREENVILLE KENTUCKY. AT 4 AM...VISIBILITY WAS NEAR
ZERO AT THE AIRPORT IN CARMI IL.

PERSONS TRAVELING ACROSS THE REGION EARLY THIS MORNING SHOULD
BE PREPARED FOR RAPID REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE
QUARTER MILE AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS.
THE FOG WILL BURN OFF BY 9 AM.
