PATCHY DRIZZLE AND TEMPERATURES HOVERING AT OR JUST BELOW THE
FREEZING MARK ARE PRODUCING SLIPPERY CONDITIONS OVER THAT PART OF
SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS GENERALLY NORTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM FAIRFIELD
TO PINCKNEYVILLE. A FEW ACCIDENTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED. PERSONS
TRAVELING ACROSS THIS AREA THIS AFTERNOON SHOULD DO SO WITH
