...SNOW MAY CAUSE SLICK SPOTS THROUGH THIS EVENING IN WESTERN
KENTUCKY...

ACROSS WESTERN KENTUCKY...WIDESPREAD SNOW WILL GRADUALLY END FROM
WEST TO EAST THIS EVENING. BEFORE THE SNOW ENDS...SOME MINOR
ACCUMULATIONS ARE LIKELY. ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE AN INCH OR
LESS...MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM MURRAY TO
MADISONVILLE. RAIN WILL BE MIXED WITH THE SNOW AT TIMES ALONG THE
TENNESSEE BORDER FROM MURRAY TO HOPKINSVILLE.

GROUND TEMPERATURES ARE STILL RELATIVELY WARM...SO THE BEST
CHANCE OF SLICK SPOTS WILL BE ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES
AND OVERPASSES.

AFTER THE PRECIPITATION ENDS...TEMPERATURES SHOULD DROP BELOW
FREEZING LATE TONIGHT. THIS MAY RESULT IN ICY SPOTS AROUND SUNRISE
WHERE ROADS HAVE NOT DRIED OUT.

IF YOU HAVE TRAVEL PLANS TONIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...PAY
ATTENTION TO WEATHER AND ROAD CONDITIONS. DRIVE ACCORDINGLY.
