...PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS FORMED OVER WESTERN KENTUCKY...

THE COMBINATION OF CLEAR SKIES, CALM WINDS, AND ABUNDANT LOW
LEVEL MOISTURE HAS PRODUCED PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS MUCH OF
WESTERN KENTUCKY. PERSONS TRAVELING ACROSS THIS AREA EARLY THIS MORNING
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY, POSSIBLY AS
LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE. THE FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE BETWEEN 8 AND 9
AM.
