At 5:45 p.m., strong thunderstorms extended from near Benton to
Murray in west KY. The storms were moving east, and will enter
into the Land Between the Lakes area through 630 p.m. Heavy down
pours and gusty winds 25 to 35 mph, possibly 40 mph will likely
accompany some of the storms.
