...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM CDT
FOR WEST CENTRAL WILLIAMSON AND EAST CENTRAL JACKSON COUNTIES...

At 841 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located just north of
Carbondale, moving northeast at 25 mph. Dime size hail was observed
near Makanda with this storm.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

Locations impacted include...
Carbondale, Carterville, De Soto and Cambria.
