* WIND CHILL VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 10 TO 15 BELOW ZERO LATE
  TONIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* THIS CAN RESULT IN FROSTBITE AND MAY LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF
  PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE
  SURE TO WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES. DRESS IN LAYERS IF POSSIBLE AND
  WEAR A HEAVY COAT. PETS SHOULD BE GIVEN ADEQUATE SHELTER OR
