* WHAT...Temperatures 32 to 36 will result in frost formation. A few
  locations will see temperatures drop below freezing, but a Hard
  Freeze below 28 degrees is not expected.

* WHERE...Arco/Mud Lake Desert.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 9 AM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM MDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts
  up to 55 mph. Winds should subside briefly this evening to 20 to
  25 mph with gusts around 35 mph, but will strengthen again
  considerably prior to sunrise. For the Frost Advisory,
  temperatures 32 to 36 will result in frost formation. A few
  locations may see temperatures below 32, but a Hard Freeze to 28
  degrees is not expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Magic Valley, Shoshone/Lava Beds, and Lower Snake
  River Plain.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 PM MDT Tuesday. For the
  Frost Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 9 AM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could make driving difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles. Unsecured objects may be blown around.
  Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
  plants may be killed if left uncovered.
