  Northwestern Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Northeastern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia...
  South central Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 212 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Buckhannon,
  moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Elkins, Mill Creek, Beverly, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Overhill, and
  Ellamore.

This includes Route 33 between mile markers 16 and 31.
