River...

For the Llano River at Junction:
  * At 1130 AM CDT Thursday the observed stage was 12.78 feet.
  * Action Stage:   12.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    16.0 feet.
  * Forecast: Expected to crest just above its action state at 13.3
  ft around 1 PM, then fall below its action stage later this
  afternoon

rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
