Late this afternoon, skies were mostly cloudy with temperatures in the 80s, ahead of a dryline. Winds were from the south at 10 to 15 MPH with gusts over 30. A severe supercell thunderstorm was located over the Big Country north of Haskell County and moving northeast. Now, here`s a quick forecast summary, for West Central Texas. Additional thunderstorms are possible this evening in the Big Country and western Concho Valley along the dryline. Some of storms could be strong to severe. Then, a line of strong to severe thunderstorms is likely to move through the forecast area late this evening through early Sunday morning, with very large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes possible. Heavy rain could lead to some localized flooding. $$
