.DISCUSSION...

Easterly transport winds will shift southeasterly through the
day, winds look to remain around 5-10 mph this afternoon. Expect
mixing heights to be around 4000-5000 feet but, due to the lighter
winds, dispersion indices will be fair, topping off in the mid
50s today. MinRH values today will be in the low to mid 40%s. No
further fire weather concerns.
