At 628 PM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain in Arkansas east of I49.
They were most widespread and heaviest in Madison, Washington and
Franklin counties in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the east at 5
to 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around
one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and
a half. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for early this evening, partly cloudy,
temperatures 70 to 78 degrees with southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
