They were most widespread and heaviest in Madison, Washington and Franklin counties in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the east at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
