...MINOR SALT WATER FLOODING POSSIBLE AROUND HIGH TIDE THIS
EVENING IN DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON...

TIDE LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO PEAK IN THE 6.9 TO 7.0 FT MEAN LOWER
LOW WATER RANGE IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR AROUND HIGH TIDE THIS
EVENING. WILL WILL LIKELY RESULT IN VERY MINOR SALT WATER FLOODING
IN SOME OF THE NORMAL FLOOD PRONE AREAS OF THE CHARLESTON
PENINSULA...INCLUDING DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON. SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS
ARE NOT EXPECTED...HOWEVER RESIDENTS AND VISITORS WILL NOTICE SOME
STANDING WATER...ESPECIALLY NEAR DRAINS AND DITCHES. HIGH TIDE
WILL OCCUR IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR AROUND 945 PM.
