THE MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS ABOVE NORMAL. PRECIPITATION WAS
SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL.

THIS JUNE CONTINUED A TREND OF ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES FOR
JUNE... A STRING EXTENDING BACK TO 2010. ALTHOUGH THE MONTHLY
AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS ABOVE NORMAL...THE NUMBER OF 90 DEGREE
DAYS...4...WAS BELOW NORMAL...AND THE FEWEST SINCE 2009 WHEN ONLY
TWO JUNE DAYS WERE AT OR ABOVE 90 DEGF.

A RECORD DAILY MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 97 DEGF WAS SET ON THE
17TH...BREAKING THE OLD RECORD OF 95 DEGF SET IN 1991.

A RECORD DAILY HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 77 DEGF WAS TIED ON THE
18TH...TYING THE RECORD SET IN 1957.

OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS...JUNE MONTHLY PRECIPITATION TOTALS HAVE
BEEN EITHER ABNORMALLY WET OR DRY. THIS JUNE... PRECIPITATION WAS
JUST SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL.
