2016 WOULD HAVE BEEN A TOP TEN WARMEST ONE.

RAINFALL WAS CLOSE TO HALF THE AVERAGE AMOUNT FOR THE MONTH...AND
OVER 70 PERCENT OF IT FELL ON THE 27TH AND 28TH. IT WAS THE DRIEST
NOVEMBER IN TWO YEARS.
