AVERAGE. THIS WAS THE COOLEST SUMMER IN 13 YEARS. RAINFALL WAS ABOVE
THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE, BUT THE 11.34 INCHES OF RAIN THAT FELL WAS THE
LEAST IN TWO YEARS.

.SEASONAL TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH, LOW AND SEASONAL TEMPERATURES WERE THE COOLEST
SINCE 2004. THERE WERE 33 DAYS WITH TEMPERATURES AT OR ABOVE 90
DEGREES, WHICH WAS THE FEWEST IN A SUMMER SEASON SINCE 2004. FOR THE
FIRST TIME SINCE 2014, THERE WERE NO 100-DEGREE DAYS.

.SEASONAL RAINFALL...
EVEN THOUGH RAINFALL WAS ABOVE THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE, BUT IT WAS STILL
THE DRIEST SUMMER SINCE 2015. THERE WERE 33 DAYS WITH MEASURABLE
RAINFALL (RAINFALL AT OR ABOVE 0.01 INCHES). THIS WAS THE MOST DAYS
WITH MEASURABLE RAINFALL IN A SUMMER SEASON SINCE 1992.
