Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the Gulf and low pressure
in the Plains will produce moderate to strong southeast winds on
Sunday with hazardous conditions possible Sunday afternoon and
evening. A Small Craft Advisory has been issued for the Laguna
Madre and nearshore Gulf waters with winds likely reaching 20 kts.
As the surface high moves westward, conditions should improve by
mid week. Showers and thunderstorms will also be possible Tuesday
through Thursday as moisture streams northward into the western
Gulf.

moderate chop after midnight.

20 knots in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the bay increasing
to choppy in the afternoon.
