SYNOPSIS FOR BAFFIN BAY TO RIO GRANDE OUT 60 NM-
1151 PM CST SUN FEB 19 2017

.SYNOPSIS...A VIGOROUS UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE
FROM NEW MEXICO INTO WEST TEXAS TONIGHT AND WILL THEN MOVE
THROUGH CENTRAL AND SOUTH TEXAS MONDAY AND TUESDAY. THE SYSTEM
WILL MOVE INTO THE WESTERN GULF TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY AND
INTO THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN GULF THURSDAY. THIS UPPER LEVEL LOW
WILL PUSH A SURFACE TROUGH THROUGH THE LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS
TONIGHT AND MONDAY AND A LOW PRESSURE CENTER WILL FORM IN THE
CENTRAL GULF TUESDAY. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN SETTLE OVER
THE WATERS WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS...ROUGH
SEAS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING ARE EXPECTED LATER TONIGHT AND
MONDAY AS THE SYSTEM DEVELOPS WITH MODERATE WINDS AND SEAS TUESDAY
BEFORE IMPROVING CONDITIONS ARRIVE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
