.SYNOPSIS...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OVER SOUTH TEXAS WILL WEAKEN
TODAY AND TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE REMAINS IN THE SOUTHWESTERN
GULF. THE HIGH WILL MOVE INTO THE EASTERN GULF AND SOUTHEASTERN
UNITED STATES LATER SUNDAY AND MONDAY WITH WEAK LOW PRESSURE OVER
THE SIERRA MADRE MOUNTAINS. WEAK PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL SETTLE
ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. ELEVATED
SEAS INTO SUNDAY WILL SUBSIDE TO SLIGHT TO MODERATE MONDAY
