Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate southerly winds will continue this evening and
slightly increase across the Gulf waters overnight as a strong
pressure gradient remains across the region. Marine conditions
will improve through the remainder of the week as a cold front
stalls to the north and high pressure remains more dominant across
the Gulf.
