.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS OVERNIGHT. THE

DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AFTER FRONTAL AND CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF

FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES. RAIN
CHANCES WILL RETURN LATE SATURDAY AND CONTINUE INTO THE
WEEKEND...AS A COASTAL TROUGH DEVELOPS IN RESPONSE TO AN UPPER
LEVEL STORM SYSTEM. THE COASTAL TROUGH WILL SINK SLOWLY SOUTHWARD
STARTING EARLY NEXT WEEK...AS ENERGY FROM THE UPPER LEVEL TROUGH
