.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BEHIND A COLD
FRONT WHICH IS MOVING THROUGH THE WATERS THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL
WEAKEN BY SUNDAY AND BECOME ONSHORE BY THE AFTERNOON AS HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES EAST.

A STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE
INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST AND MISSISSIPPI VALLEY REGION THROUGH
SUNDAY NIGHT. THIS WILL LEAD TO ANOTHER COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS
THE WATERS MONDAY MORNING AND RESULT IN MODERATE TO STRONG
OFFSHORE FLOW BY MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY...THEN WEAKEN AND
BECOME MORE SOUTHERLY BY TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.
