.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE NEAR THE ISLANDS AND A STATIONARY FRONT
TO THE NORTHWEST WILL KEEP LIGHT WINDS ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS
INTO THE WEEKEND. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD NORTH OF HAWAII
RESULTING IN AN INCREASE IN TRADE WINDS LATE THIS WEEKEND INTO
EARLY NEXT WEEK.
