.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

A fast moving low pressure system will move across the area
tonight and then offshore Thursday. High pressure will build over
the area later Thursday through Friday. A low pressure system
will move up along the coast Friday night, then high pressure
arrives for much of this weekend. A few disturbances will be
across the area later Sunday and lasting into early next week.
