.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A tropical wave is forecast to move south of the regional waters
today, resulting in choppy and dangerous seas as well as shower and
thunderstorm activity across the local waters. Locally higher seas,
strong gusty winds and lightning activity can be expected in and
around thunderstorms. Hazardous marine conditions will prevail across
most of the waters through at least the end of the work week.
Another tropical wave is expected to move south of the regional
waters on Thursday.
