.SYNOPSIS...A dry cold front will move through the marine area
today with Small Craft Advisory conditions continuing to spread
eastward across the marine zones this morning. These elevated
winds and seas will continue into tonight before weakening late
tonight into Wednesday. Winds will increase again to small craft
exercise caution to low end Small Craft Advisory conditions Friday
into Friday night.
