...HEAVY RAINFALL COMING TO NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND FAR NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY...

.A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL PUSH INTO NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA TONIGHT
INTO TUESDAY...WITH A BAND OF HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING STORMS ALONG
AND BEHIND THE FRONT. THE FRONT WILL STALL...AND A WAVE OF LOW
PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT...BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF
HEAVY RAIN TO NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND FAR NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. THIS
WILL BE ON TOP OF RAINFALL THAT WAS THAT RECEIVED DURING THE
FIRST ROUND WITH THE INITIAL FRONTAL SURGE. FLASH FLOODING WILL
LIKELY BE THE RESULT BY THE TIME THE RAIN FINALLY TAPERS OFF
WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...BENTON...CARROLL...
  MADISON AND WASHINGTON AR. IN OKLAHOMA...ADAIR...CHEROKEE...
  CRAIG...CREEK...DELAWARE...MAYES...MCINTOSH...MUSKOGEE...
  NOWATA...OKFUSKEE...OKMULGEE...OSAGE...OTTAWA...PAWNEE...
  ROGERS...TULSA...WAGONER AND WASHINGTON OK.

* THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING

* A SWATH OF 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS FORECAST ALONG AND
  NORTHWEST OF AN OKEMAH TO MIAMI LINE...WITH 2 TO 4 INCHES
  FORECAST JUST SOUTH OF THE MAIN SWATH FROM EUFAULA TO
  BERRYVILLE BEGINNING MONDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUING THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY. SOME ISOLATED LOCATIONS COULD RECEIVE AS MUCH AS 10
  INCHES OF RAINFALL BEFORE ALL IS SAID AND DONE WEDNESDAY
  NIGHT. DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING WILL LIKELY BE THE RESULT.
