ORANGE COUNTY...

AS OF 130 PM...THE STEADY RAIN AS WELL AS THE HEAVIER SHOWERS HAD
ENDED. A FEW SHOWERS WILL DEVELOPING AND MOVING INTO THE SILVERADO
BURN AREA...BUT AT THIS TIME THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INTENSITY TO
TRIGGER FLASH FLOODING OR DEBRIS FLOWS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS STILL
IN EFFECT BECAUSE MORE SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE EVENING AND
COULD INTENSIFY AT ANY TIME.
