* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL SOCORRO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 630 PM MDT

* AT 420 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM 17 MILES EAST OF LA JOYA...OR
  ABOUT 24 MILES NORTHEAST OF SOCORRO. THE STORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
  RAIN WAS DRIFTING TOWARDS THE WEST. EXPECT A FOOTPRINT OF 1.75
  TO 2.25 INCHES ACROSS THE RURAL AREA EAST OF CONTRERAS AND
  LA JOYA. ARROYO LOS ALAMOS WHICH RUNS INTO LA JOYA WILL MOST
  LIKELY OVERFLOW WITH WATER.
