  Northeastern Pulaski County in central Arkansas...

* Until 1245 AM CDT

* At 1052 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
  one to two inches of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is
  likely to occur.
