* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN MCCLAIN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHEASTERN CLEVELAND COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT

* AT 1017 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER MCCLAIN AND CLEVELAND
  COUNTIES...NEAR WASHINGTON AND PURCELL. NEARLY 3 INCHES OF RAIN
  HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER SOME AREAS AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP
  TO 1 TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  PURCELL...SLAUGHTERVILLE...LEXINGTON...DIBBLE...WAYNE...
  WASHINGTON...CRINER AND PAYNE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

STAY AWAY OR BE SWEPT AWAY. RIVER BANKS AND CULVERTS CAN BECOME
UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE.

TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
