The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern San Miguel County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Harding County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Eastern Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 345 AM MDT.

* At 1247 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms within the Canadian and Ute Creek
  drainage basins. 1 to 3 inches of rainfall occurred over portions
  of this area earlier today, and another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall
  is likely from the next line of storms. This will cause additional
  arroyo and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Roy, Mosquero, Bueyeros, Chicosa Lake State Park, Solano,
  Variadero, Conchas Dam, Mills, Bell Ranch and Yates.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
