* At  8:00 AM Tuesday the stage Was 16.1 feet.
* Flood Stage is 21.0 feet.
* FORECAST...This river is forecast to recede to near 15.0 FT late
  this morning. Then forecast to fall to near 11.0 FT late this
  evening.
