The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  South central Volusia County in east central Florida...

* Until 430 PM EDT

* At 334 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. Doppler radar estimates indicate two to two and a half
  inches of rain has already fallen from just east of Deltona to
  Lake Ashby since 2 pm.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Deltona, Lake Ashby, Lake Helen and Osteen.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
