  Santiam River At Jefferson affecting Linn and Marion Counties
  Luckiamute River near Suver affecting Benton and Polk Counties
  Clackamas River at Estacada affecting Clackamas County
  Clackamas River near Oregon City affecting Clackamas County
  Sandy River near Bull Run affecting Clackamas and Multnomah
  Counties

River forecasts are based on observed and forecast rainfall and
temperatures, and they include current and planned reservoir
releases.

* from late tonight to Monday evening or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 9 PM Saturday the stage was...19.4 feet / 4400 cfs.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood flow is 5100 cfs.
* Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 2 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest near 21.0 ft Sunday afternoon.
* Major flooding can be expected during the crest.
* Impact...Above 20.8 ft, expect widespread flooding in Philomath,
  especially on the south side in the vicinity of Chapel drive and
  Grange Hall Road, in central Benton County, and portions of
  Corvallis.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 12 PM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 11.2 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 11.0 feet, expect minor flooding of low-lying areas
  along the North Santiam.

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet and flood flow is 56300 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 12 PM
  Sunday and is expected to crest near 17.0 ft Sunday evening.
* Impact...Above 15.0 ft, expect widespread lowland and agricultural
  flooding. Some secondary roads in low lying areas will be flooded
  at this level.

* from late tonight to Tuesday morning or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 9 PM Saturday the stage was...21.2 feet / 4000 cfs.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet and flood flow is 7500 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 2 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest near 30.0 ft Sunday evening.
* Impact...Above 29.0 ft, expect widespread flooding of the lowland
  agricultural lands upstream from Falls City and Maple Grove to the
  confluence with the Willamette River. Also expect flooding and
  possible closure of numerous secondary roads near the river.

* At 9 PM Saturday the stage was...15.4 feet / 8400 cfs.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood flow is 23300 cfs.
* Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 2 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest near 26.5 ft Sunday afternoon.
* Major flooding can be expected during the crest.
* Impact...Above 25 ft, expect major flood damage at parks along the
  river. Also expect flooding in Carver, along with numerous homes
  along the Clackamas River from Estacada downstream to the
  confluence with the Willamette.

* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 7 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest near 46.0 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
* Major flooding can be expected during the crest.
* Impact...Above 46 feet, expect flooding of some residences and
  buildings along the lower Clackamas River, including the mobile
  home park just downstream of Carver Bridge.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 9 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 21.0 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 19.3 feet, expect areas of significant bank erosion
  and some minor flooding over lowlands along the river.
