releases.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Grays River near Rosburg.
* At 12 PM Sunday the stage was...12.4 feet / 8953 cfs.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet and flood flow is 8200 cfs.
* Forecast...This river crested at 15.6 feet at 3 AM Sunday. It is
  expected to fall below flood stage around Sunday afternoon and continue
  falling for the next couple days.
* Impact...Above 12 feet, expect some flooding of roads along and near
  the Grays River, including roadway approaches to the Altoona Bridge
  over the Grays, and portions of Covered Bridge Road, Barr-Durrah
  Road, and Loop Road near Rosburg and Hwy 4.

* Flood stage is 16.0 feet and flood flow is 19000 cfs.
* Forecast...This river crested at 19.1 feet at 8 AM Sunday. It is
  expected to fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon and continue
  falling for the next couple days.
* Impact...Above 16 ft, expect minor lowland flooding and minor
  flooding of some structures and roads along the Siletz River.
  Flooding may be exacerbated during high tide.
