THE SKOKOMISH RIVER CRESTED AT 16.5 FEET AROUND 630 AM PD THIS
MORNING. THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO RECEDE.

* AT 11:00 AM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 16.3 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 16.5 FEET.
* IMPACT...AT 15.5 FEET...THE SKOKOMISH RIVER WILL LOCALLY SPILL OVER
  ITS BANKS INTO LOW AREAS OF THE SKOKOMISH VALLEY.
